MKR Development is a professional consulting service that specializes in Human Resources foundational training and leadership assessment for organizational growth. Through a detailed assessment and evaluation, MKR tailors solutions and training to organizational leadership groups in order to enhance employee experience and elevate overall progress within companies.
I was brought on in 2024 to actualize the brand identity design for MKR Development’s launch. Through a comprehensive 10 week process, we shaped a dynamic brand identity with a multi-use logo suite, paper system, presentation templates, and established social media design presence.

As an educational professional resource, MKR has several branded paper systems, including 2 types of letterhead for business correspondence, a branded proposal and service offering document, and a worksheet template. as well as custom, gold foil stamped business cards.

The largest part of MKR Development’s business model has to do with education through team and organizational development. This custom brand development case included the design of 3 different presentation templates that are intended for use of distinct audiences.
These presentations use the established brand colors, identity, and relevant elements to showcase the necessary information in a dynamic and impactful way that engages the audience without distracting from the presenting message.
